King Long Yao technical architecture
"King Long Yao" employs multiple game engine technologies, primarily including Unity3D and Unreal Engine. As one of the main engines, Unity3D is highly regarded for its cross-platform capability, ease of use, and rich ecosystem. We have built the majority of the game content on Unity3D, including scene design, character animation, and special effects rendering. Unreal Engine, on the other hand, plays a crucial role in scenarios that require more advanced rendering and physical simulation, bringing to the game more realistic visuals and interactive experiences.
In terms of technical architecture, we utilize Unity3D and Unreal Engine as client-side engines, facilitating game logic and data exchange through communication with backend servers. Additionally, we incorporate lighter engines such as Cocos2d-x for mobile and lower-end device game development, ensuring compatibility and stability across different platforms. Moreover, we have developed custom game engine modules to handle specific needs and customized features, such as large-scale map generation and multiplayer online interactions.
